"Podpora zdraví: Kontrasty a křižovatky uměleckých terapií mezi klinickými pohledy a kulturními intervencemi"
Neustálý vývoj zdravotních systémů a podpora well-being stále více přesahuje klinická prostředí do kulturní a sociální sféry. Tato prezentace zkoumá rostoucí dialog mezi klinickou terapeutickou praxí a kulturní preskripcí – dvěma doménami, které se sice liší metodami a jazykem, ale sdílejí společný cíl, kterým je podpora zdraví jednotlivce a komunity.
Na základě příkladů hnutí Kultura pro zdraví (Culture for Health) a příkladů z praxe uměleckých terapií napříč celou Evropou bude ilustrovat, jak mohou kulturní intervence – jako je hudba, vyprávění příběhů, pohyb a výtvarné umění – sloužit jako účinný doplněk klinické péče podložený důkazy.
Prezentace zdůrazní jak synergie, tak napětí mezi těmito přístupy a prozkoumá, kde se protínají, kde se rozcházejí a jak mohou společně přispět k inkluzivnějšímu a holistickému modelu podpory zdraví.

"Promoting health: Contrasts and crossroads of art therapies between clinical perspectives and cultural interventions"
As health systems continue to evolve, the promotion of well-being increasingly extends beyond clinical settings into cultural and social spheres. This presentation explores the growing dialogue between clinical therapeutic practice and cultural prescription—two domains that, while distinct in methods and language, share the common goal of supporting individual and community health.
Drawing on examples from the Culture for Health movement and therapeutic arts practices across Europe, it will illustrate how cultural interventions—such as music, storytelling, movement, and visual arts—can serve as effective, evidence-informed complements to clinical care.
The session will highlight both the synergies and the tensions between these approaches, examining where they intersect, where they diverge, and how, together, they can contribute to a more inclusive and holistic model of health promotion.

V návaznosti na témata prezentace workshop nabídne prostor pro hlubší zkoumání průniků mezi klinickou terapeutickou praxí a kulturními intervencemi v podpoře zdraví. Prostřednictvím interaktivní skupinové práce budou účastníci reflektovat své vlastní vlastní zdroje a role a zároveň budou společně rozvíjet nápady na potenciální projekty Kultury pro zdraví (Culture for Health).
Workshop podtrhuje důležitost sladění každé intervence se specifickými potřebami jejího kontextu a současně zajištění kvality a profesionality. Cílem je podpořit dialog, kreativitu a praktickou inspiraci pro integraci kulturních přístupů do různých prostředí péče.

Building on the themes of the presentation, the workshop offers a space for deeper exploration of the intersections between clinical therapeutic practice and cultural interventions in health promotion. Through interactive group work, participants will reflect on their own resources and roles, while collaboratively developing ideas for potential Culture for Health projects.
The workshop emphasizes the importance of aligning each intervention with the specific needs of its context, while ensuring quality and professionality. It aims to foster dialogue, creativity, and practical inspiration for integrating cultural approaches into diverse care environments.
Registration for the workshop will take place on the first day at the conference venue!
Angelica Postu je muzikoterapeutka v Charité University Hospital for Psychiatry v Berlíně a univerzitní asistentka na National Music University v Bukurešti. Nedávno dokončila doktorandský výzkum na Univerzitě umění (UdK) v Berlíně, kde zkoumala vývoj a institucionalizaci muzikoterapie v Rumunsku. Vystudovaná klavíristka, psycholožka a muzikoterapeutka má bohaté zázemí, které obohacuje její interkulturní praxi. Jako zakladatelka Rumunské asociace muzikoterapie se zavázala posilovat profesionální identitu a akademické uznání muzikoterapie. Její práce klade důraz na hloubku a komplexnost muzikoterapeutického výcviku, který kombinuje uměleckou citlivost, psychologický vhled, klinickou kompetenci a osobní rozvoj. Prostřednictvím svého výzkumu, výuky a praxe se Angelica zasazuje o integraci kulturně zakořeněných a na důkazech podložených hudebních terapeutických přístupů v rámci širších zdravotnických a vzdělávacích systémů. Kromě toho aktivně přispívá do této oblasti prostřednictvím výzkumu, publikací a workshopů zaměřených na muzikoterapii, emoční zdraví a well-being – zejména pro profesionální hudebníky a umělce.
Angelica Postu is a music therapist at the Charité University Hospital for Psychiatry in Berlin and a university associate lecturer at the National Music University in Bucharest. She has recently completed her doctoral research at the University of the Arts (UdK) Berlin, where she examined the development and institutionalization of music therapy in Romania. A trained pianist, psychologist and music therapist, she brings together a rich background that enriches her intercultural practice. As founder of the Romanian Association of Music Therapy she is committed to strengthening the professional identity and academic recognition of music therapy. Her work emphasizes the depth and complexity of music therapy training, which combines artistic sensitivity, psychological insight, clinical competence, and personal development. Through her research, teaching, and practice, Angelica advocates for the integration of culturally rooted, evidence-informed music therapy approaches within broader health and education systems. Furthermore, she actively contributes to the field through research, publications, and workshops on music therapy and emotional health and well-being—particularly for professional musicians and artists.
