Sezame, otevři se !
V tomto workshopu budeme zkoumat prastarý příběh o
Alibabovi na základě Sesame přístupu v dramaterapii a tanečně pohybové terapii
- metody vycházející z jungiánských principů. Tento přístup staví na metaforách
jakožto sdíleném prostoru pro intersubjektivní zkoumání a osobní vhled.
Základním principem této práce je navazování kontaktu s vnitřními symboly a
jejich rozvíjení skrze ztělesněnou hru a tvořivý projev, což vede k novému
porozumění a integraci.
Struktura workshopu bude sloužit jako úvod do
Sesame přístupu, který se osvědčil při práci s různorodými skupinami klientů -
včetně osob s poruchami učení, vězňů, forenzních pacientů, dětí s emočními a
behaviorálními problémy i dospělých v péči o duševní zdraví (Pearson et al.,
2013).
S příběhem o Alibabovi jako opěrným bodem budeme
zkoumat hru světla a stínu - v příběhu i v nás samotných. Každý účastník
přinese svou vlastní verzi příběhu a může být zajímavé objevovat společné i
odlišné prvky.
Není potřeba žádná předchozí zkušenost s dramatem nebo
dramaterapií - stačí jen zvědavost a ochota zkoumat.

Open, Sesame!
In this workshop we will explore the ancient story of Ali Baba through the Sesame Approach to drama and movement therapy – a method rooted in Jungian principles. At its core this approach uses metaphor as a shared space for intersubjective exploration and personal insight. A fundamental principle of the work is to engage with inner symbols, allowing them to unfold through embodied play and creative expression, leading to new meaning-making and integration.
The workshop structure will serve as an introduction to the Sesame Approach, which has been shown to be effective across diverse client groups, including individuals with learning difficulties, prisoners, psychiatric offenders, children with emotional and behavioural challenges, and adults in mental health care (Pearson et al., 2013).
Using the story of Ali Baba as an anchor, we will explore the interplay of light and shadow –within the narrative and within ourselves. Each participant will bring their own versions, and it may be interesting to discover both commonalities and differences.
No prior experience with drama or dramatherapy is required – just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Ellen Foyn Bruun je průkopnicí dramaterapie v Norsku, kde se této oblasti dlouhodobě věnovala jako pedagožka a výzkumnice na pozici profesorky dramatických a divadelních studií na Norské univerzitě vědy a techniky (NTNU) v Trondheimu. Dramaterapii vystudovala v Londýně na Royal Central School of Speech and Drama a má bohaté profesní zkušenosti v oblasti aplikovaného divadla a divadelní pedagogiky/režie v různých kontextech v Norsku a Dánsku. Od roku 2023 žije a působí jako emeritní profesorka v Kodani, kde si nadále udržuje svou celoživotní vášeň pro propojování života a umění.
Ellen Foyn Bruun has been a pioneer of dramatherapy in Norway for many years through her teaching and research as Professor of Drama and Theatre Studies at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. She trained as a dramatherapist in London at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has a diverse professional background in applied theatre and theatre education/directing across various contexts in Norway and Denmark. Since 2023 she has been a Professor Emeritus living in Copenhagen, maintaining her lifelong passion for exploring the interconnections between life and art.
