Proměny světel, stínů, barev a slov v nás

Zveme vás na tvůrčí arteterapeutický workshop, který nabídne prostor pro osobní prožitek, zkoumání i sdílení. Pomocí výtvarných prostředků a slov se budeme dotýkat světla a stínu – nejen v jejich vizuální podobě, ale i v jejich symbolickém významu pro náš vnitřní svět.

Barevnost, kontrasty i slova jako vyjádření vnitřní zkušenosti se stanou nástroji k hlubšímu porozumění sobě samým.

Cílem workshopu není vytvořit "dokonalé" výtvarné dílo, ale otevřít cestu k vnitřnímu dialogu, kreativitě a možnostem transformace. Skrze hru, experiment a sdílení můžeme objevit nové pohledy na to, co v nás září, co se skrývá ve stínu, a jak spolu tyto složky mohou tvořit harmonický celek.

Workshop je určen všem, kteří mají chuť se na chvíli zastavit, tvořit a být v kontaktu se sebou samými.

Transformations of Light, Shadows, Colors and Words Within Us

We invite you to a creative art therapy workshop that offers space for personal experience, exploration, and shared reflection. Through the use of visual art media and the power of words, we will delve into the themes of light and shadow — not only in their visual form but in their symbolic meaning for our inner worlds.

Color, contrast, and language will serve as tools for expressing and understanding one's inner experience on a deeper level.

The aim of the workshop is not to produce "perfect" artwork, but to open a path toward inner dialogue, creativity, and the possibility of transformation. Through play, experimentation, and sharing, we can discover new perspectives on what shines within us, what hides in shadow, and how these aspects can come together to form a more harmonious whole.

This workshop is open to anyone who feels the need to pause, create, and reconnect with themselves.

Registration for the workshop will take place on the first day at the conference venue! 

Miluše Hutyrová vystudovala obor Speciální pedagogika na PdF UP v Olomouci, odborná praxe ve školských poradenských zařízeních i zařízeních sociálních služeb především s dětmi, mládeží a jejich rodinami s problémy v chování jako poradce,terapeut, lektor. Absolvovala komplexní psychoterapeutický výcvik v systemickém přístupu Umění terapie, výcviky a kurzy ve skupinové arteterapii, narativním přístupu a další.

Miluše Hutyrová completed a degree in Special Needs Education at The Faculty of Education, Palacký University, Olomouc. In the past, she worked as a therapist, supervisor and lecturer in a number of educational institutions and educational and social counselling services, focusing especially on children and adolescents with problematic behavior and their families. She has undergone a complex training in psychotherapy in the Art of Therapy systemic approach and participated in art therapy, narrative therapy and other courses.

Ilona Pešová pracuje jako psycholog v Pedagogicko-psychologické poradně, odborná praxe ve školských poradenských zařízeních především s dětmi, mládeží a jejich rodinami jako poradce, psychoterapeut, supervizor, lektor.

Ilona Pešová works as a psychologist at the Pedagogical-Psychological Counseling Center, with professional experience in school counseling facilities, primarily with children, youth and their families as a counselor, psychotherapist, supervisor, and lecturer.
